Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Nine Jersey ships worldwide, and free standard shipping is available to all supported destinations with no minimum purchase. Available methods and delivery times for your country are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates start once you receive your tracking number. Free Standard Shipping takes 7–15 business days and Express Shipping 5–10 business days to the United States. Europe and the UK take 7–15 business days (Express 5–12), Canada 8–15 (Express 6–10), Mexico and Latin America 8–18 (Express 6–12), Australia and New Zealand 10–18 (Express 7–12), and Asia, Africa and the Middle East 10–22 (Express 7–15). These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
When will I get my tracking number?
Every order is sent to production shortly after purchase. Tracking usually starts updating within 3 to 6 business days, once the carrier scans your package. You will receive it by email. Always use the most recent tracking number we send you.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes depending on your country. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable on import.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. Larger orders may arrive in separate packages. This does not change your delivery estimate or shipping cost.
Sizing & versions
What is the difference between the Fan Version and the Player Version?
The Fan Version has a classic, comfortable cut with embroidered badges, made for everyday wear. The Player Version is the slim, lightweight matchday cut with heat-pressed details. The Player Version fits closer to the body, so we recommend sizing up. Read the full Fan vs Player Version guide.
Which size should I order?
Our jerseys follow an athletic fit. Check the measurements in our Size Guide and, if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, order one size up. If you are still unsure, email us your height and weight before ordering and we will recommend a size.
Can I return or exchange a jersey if it doesn't fit?
No. All jerseys are made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for sizing or fit issues. Please check the size guide carefully or ask us before you buy. If you receive a different size from the one you ordered, it is treated as an incorrect item and we will fix it.
Do you have women's and kids' jerseys?
Yes. Many clubs and national teams are available in women's cuts and as kids kits, which have their own size charts by age and height.
Personalization
Can I add a name and number to my jersey?
Yes. Choose the name and number option on the product page, type the name and number, and check the live preview. Names can have up to 15 characters. Please double-check the spelling: personalized jerseys are printed just for you.
Can I cancel a personalized jersey?
Personalized jerseys can be refunded only within 24 hours of purchase. After that they are non-refundable, unless the personalization is wrong because of our error.
Orders, cancellations & returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within limits. Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours you receive an 80% refund, because production has started. After 48 hours, or once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
What if my jersey arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email support@ninejersey.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, we resolve it with a replacement or a refund. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the credit.
Is there a promotion for buying more than one jersey?
Yes. With our Buy 2, Get 3 offer you receive three eligible jerseys for the price of two. Current offers, eligibility and limits are shown in the cart before checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted system, protected by SSL. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency and device.
